Minimum Numbers & Cancellations

NT Immersions tours are confirmed with a minimum number of 2 guests. If there is an insufﬁcient number of participants to confirm a tour, you will be given the choice of:

1) To pay an additional amount to have the trip run as scheduled ($300, which will be refunded if minimum numbers are eventually confirmed on the tour), or
2) To put your deposit towards another trip date.

If you cancel a tour, NT Immerisons is not responsible for any expenses incurred by tour members in preparation for a tour ie. non-refundable airlines tickets, accommodation, medical expenses, equipment, etc. If you cancel, please be aware that you will forfeit your entire deposit.
